After well over a decade in residential design, our love for new-build construction became the focus of our firm.  We look after all the details from the early planning stages, to implementation, and have refined a design process that ensures a smooth building process, and that your dream is realized in the end result. 

Our small, boutique-style design firm offers innovative, inspired design paired with the highest-level service, in a more closely aquatinted setting.  Although we have a signature “KL”  style,  we embark on each project with fresh vision, expertly tailored for our clients’ unique tastes and needs.
